Children’s Sunday School for ages Pre-K to 5th Grade meet every Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the downstairs East Wing.

Central UMC Food Pantry is maintained by the United Methodist Women.

Food Bags are available to those in need during Church Office Hours of Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.



Central UMC United Methodist Women is a strong spiritual group of Christian Women who meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the downstairs UMW Room.

UMW Officers are:   President – Tina Lanier; Vice President – Marvene Surratt; Secretary – Margaret Harris; Treasurer – Ann Cook.

United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.

Out of the Purpose are four mission foci that relate to the the mission initiatives and priorities of United Methodist Women.

Central UMC United Methodist Men is a faithful group of Christian Men who meet on the second Sunday of each month at 8:00 a.m. for Breakfast and Fellowship in the Hut.

The General Commission on United Methodist Men (UMMen) involves men in a growing relationship to Jesus Christ and his church and provides resources and support for programs of evangelism, stewardship and the needs of men.
