The congregation is asked to bring non-perishable food to church on Sunday, November 24, 2019. The food will go to supply our church food pantry.    

Volunteers are asked to stay after the church service to decorate the sanctuary for the Advent season.  The more hands, the faster it goes.  

The Church Administrative Council will meet on Sunday, December 1, 2019, following church at 12:10 p.m. in the Youth Room in the Hut.    

A community blood drive will be held at Central United Methodist Church Hut on Monday, December 2, 2019, from 2:00 until 6:30 p.m.  Please plan to give blood if you are able.  The drive is sponsored by the Central United Methodist Women.    

Central United Methodist Women will hold their annual Christmas party on Monday, December 3, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. at the Southern Theater & Event Center in Denton.  All attending are asked to bring unwrapped gifts for Toys for Town.

The children and youth will present a Christmas Program during morning worship on Sunday, December 15, 2019, at 11:00.  Come support our youth as they share the true meaning of Christmas.

The Annual Christmas Eve Service will be held at Central UMC on Tuesday, December 24, 2019, and will begin at 11:00 p.m.  Join us as we celebrate the anticipation of Christ's birth with this beautiful service.  Christmas carols will be sung, and the service concludes with candlelight.
