Central UMC Denton

Youth Group Meetings are held each Sunday evening in the church hut from 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm.

A Red Cross Blood Drive will be held at Central UMC on Monday, October 3, 2022, from 2:00 until 6:30 p.m. in the church hut.  The drive is sponsored by Central United Women in Faith.  If you are able, please come out and give the gift of life.

Central UMC has a Preschool Program for three and four year olds.  It meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 am until 11:30 am.  If you are interested or have questions, please contact the church office at 336-859-3502.      

Central UMC's Food Pantry is open every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:30 until 12:00 for "Sharing God's Abundance" to those in our community.   Look for signs leading to the church entrance.  One food bag is available per family once a week.    

The United Women in Faith meet the first Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the Hut.  This community of ladies is instrumental in the work of church mission projects, plus they find time to have fun.  All women are welcome - please come join us.

Central United Methodist Church Choir practices every Wednesday night from 6:30 p.m until 7:30 p.m.  New members are encouraged to join - all are welcome.

There will be a meeting of all volunteers who would like to help create a new church directory on Thursday, October 6, 2022, at 12:00 noon in the church hut.  All are welcome to participate.
