There will be a Cub Scout Benefit Lunch on Sunday, February 25, from noon until 2:00 p.m. in the church hut.  Soups, stews, and desserts will be served.  The cost will be by donation and will go to help the cub scout programs.

On Sunday, February 25, there will be a District Laity Training entitled Equip, Empower, Extend.  It will be held at First United Methodist Church in Lexington, NC, beginning at 2:00 p.m. and ending at 6:00 p.m.  There will be 11 workshop to choose between.  All are invited.
