Central UMC Denton

Children’s Worship is held each Sunday in the lower level of the church.  All children from kindergarten thru third grade are welcome for a time of stories, activities, games, and crafts.  

There will be a Called Charge Conference Meeting on May 22, 2022, at 12:15 pm in the church hut.  All are invited and encouraged to attend.    

Youth Group Meetings are held each Sunday evening in the church hut from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm.

Central UMC has a Preschool Program for three and four year olds.  It meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 am until 11:30 am.  If you are interested or have questions, please contact the church office at 336-859-3502.      

Central UMC's Food Pantry is open every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8:30 until 12:00 for "Sharing God's Abundance" to those in our community.   Look for signs leading to the church entrance.  One food bag is available per family once a week.    

Central UMC is sponsoring a “Lunch and Learn” on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, from 12:00 until 1:00 p.m. in the church fellowship hut.  Rev. Dennis Sheppard will present a program on “Spirituality and GOD.”  Invite a friend to join in on this free event.
